Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy explains how paid subscriptions and refunds are handled for Pigeon (pigeon.grim-digital.com), operated by Nikola Milic PR Labart (“we”, “us”). It works together with our Terms of Service. If something is unclear, the Terms prevail where they explicitly govern the same topic.
2. Payment processor
Subscription payments for Pigeon are processed by our payment provider. The processor handles card charges, receipts, and many self-service billing actions. Your relationship with the processor is subject to its terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel renewal of a paid subscription using the billing controls provided in the app or through the payment processor, as applicable. Canceling stops future charges according to the billing cycle and processor rules. Access to paid features typically continues until the end of the period you already paid for, unless stated otherwise at checkout or in-product.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on what you purchased, when you purchased it, and applicable law. In general:
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly at pigeon@grim-digital.com with your account email and any invoice or transaction reference. We will review and coordinate with the payment processor where needed.
- Where a refund is approved, it is typically issued to the original payment method via the processor; timing may depend on banks and card networks.
- We do not guarantee refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by law or explicitly offered at checkout.
Free tiers and trials (if offered) do not involve subscription charges; this Policy mainly concerns paid plans.
5. EU / EEA consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, mandatory consumer laws may give you rights to withdraw from certain distance contracts or to remedies that cannot be limited by this Policy. Nothing here limits those rights. For digital content supplied before the withdrawal period ends, additional rules may apply; see your checkout information and applicable law.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we may receive a chargeback. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve billing issues quickly. Repeated or abusive disputes may affect account access in line with our Terms of Service.
