About Pigeon
Built for the businesses the big platforms forgot to price fairly
Pigeon was born in 2026 for the simplest of reasons: someone I care about runs a small business and needed newsletters that looked professional without draining the budget. We looked at the usual names — Mailchimp, MailerLite, and the rest — and the math never felt kind to a shop that measures revenue in good months, not in venture rounds. The tools were capable, but the pricing often assumed you were already big. That felt wrong.
So I started building Pigeon in the margins of everyday life: early mornings, late evenings, and the stubborn belief that email should be accessible. Not "cheap" in a careless sense, but fair — a service that scales with you instead of punishing you for growing. What began as a way to help one business send a clean weekly update turned into a product we trusted enough to put in front of paying customers.
Today Pigeon has real subscribers on real domains. People send campaigns, watch opens and clicks, automate a welcome note, and sleep a little easier knowing bounces and complaints are handled responsibly. We are still small, still close to the problem, and still motivated by the same thing that started it all: small and medium businesses deserve tools that respect their time and their balance sheet.
Our mission
We exist to make dependable email marketing affordable for small and medium businesses — with your own domain, honest analytics, and workflows that stay out of your way. If we do our job well, you spend less time fighting software and more time talking to the people who chose to hear from you.
